Service scope

RentMio provides a platform for managing real estate portfolios and related content. The scope may evolve. We do not guarantee availability at specific times unless explicitly agreed.

Registration and accounts

Some features require registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may use the platform only in compliance with applicable law. Prohibited activities include abusive access, unauthorized automation, interference with operations, bypassing security measures, or uploading unlawful content.

Content and rights

Texts, graphics, logos, databases, and software are protected by intellectual property rights. Any use beyond normal access requires our prior written consent.

If you provide content (e.g., documents or data), you confirm you have the required rights and grant us the rights needed to deliver the service.

Pricing and payment

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. For minor negligence of essential obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms or for security reasons. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence remain unaffected.
